Welcome to the Audition Support Day at Act Sing Dance Schools (ASDS) Advanced Academy! This day is designed to provide you with valuable advice and guidance to enhance your audition skills. We have put together a range of classes and sessions led by members of our faculty, who also serve as part of our regular audition panel.
Please note that this Audition Support Day is specifically tailored to ASDS auditions. However, the guidance and skills you will acquire are applicable to auditions in general. Therefore, this event will benefit participants in all their future auditions.
Throughout the day, both students and parents will have the opportunity to interact with our faculty and ask any questions they may have about life at ASDS Advanced Academy. We encourage you to make the most of this opportunity and gain valuable insights.

Programme Schedule
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM:
Registration and Welcome
- Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk. We will provide you with a participant's badge and any materials required for the day.
- A warm welcome and introduction will be given to familiarise you with the schedule and goals of the Audition Support Day.
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM:
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM:
Acting Class
- Join our faculty members for an interactive acting class. Learn various techniques to improve your audition performance and make a strong impression.
Tap and Ballet Class
- Enhance your dance skills with our specialised tap and ballet classes. Our faculty will guide you through fundamental techniques, focusing on improving your grace, posture, and coordination.
7:30 PM - 8:00 PM:
Break and Refreshments
- Take a well-deserved break to grab some refreshments and mingle with fellow participants, parents, and faculty members. Use this time to ask questions, share experiences, and build connections.
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM:
Jazz Class
- Get ready to groove to the rhythm of jazz in this energetic class. Our faculty members will teach you popular jazz techniques and steps to help you shine during auditions.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM:
Singing Class
- Conclude the day with a vocal training session led by our accomplished faculty members. Learn tips and exercises to improve your singing voice and confidence on stage.
